I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Leonardo (Yeovil, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
Applied online, submitted CV. Completed online tests and was invited to the assessment centre. The AC comprised of a group assessment which I quite enjoyed and a one-on-one interview about my third year project since I had not completed my final year project yet (on a 4 year MEng course).
I got rejected and no feedback was given, even after requesting this several times via email and being promised it will be given. Also HR took my bank details as the travel expenses were to be refunded. I was told my bank details were wrong and my card was right next to me while I triple checked my details before submitting. However, no matter how many times I followed up with them, the refund never happened.
I hate it when reputable companies do this with their recruitment, it really destroys their reputation.
