Interviewed for a CSR position and was not selected, application, interview, call back and the letter of denial I am unsure why this ask for 30 works if you do not have 30 to give simple process

Interview
- Pre-assessment Test where they test your typing skills and ask you case scenario questions
- Phone Interview where they ask you a few basic interview questions
- 1st Round Interview with 2 Supervisors where they ask you common interview questions, along with STAR format questions
- 2nd Round Interview with 2 Managers with mostly STAR format questions (difficult, but with preparation, you'll do well)

- Tell me about a time when you had to use your presentation skills to influence someone’s opinion.
- What is your typical way of dealing with conflict? Give me an example (Tell me about a recent situation in which you had to deal with a very upset customer.)
