Interview
I flew out on my own dime to Lynchburg for the day. I met with the supervisor and all department employees, plus other members of the leadership team. I went out to lunch with the folks I would be working with. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Interview
I applied for the position online and received a phone call about interviewing. Went in and was interviewed by one person and they asked a variety of questions. The interview process is not very difficult and i am sure the departments vary.
