I heard about the job through a friend. I contacted the company and asked about the job, they asked me to apply online and then come in for a interview the next day. The interview was with my supervisor and her supervisor. It was a very casual interview and I got a call offering me the job the next day. Overall it was a very easy process.

In person interview. Asked a lot about resume experience. Was focused on flaws and how you can solve them in the work place. The interview consisted of three people from separate roles in the department
