I interviewed at Liberty University (Lynchburg, VA)
Interview
Phone call first, followed by a document of questions to answer, then a video interview with the team, followed by a video interview with the team and directors. The staff were friendly but the questions seemed vague and sometimes difficult to understand, especially in the document.

Interview
Super laid back yet very professional. I immediately felt comfortable and talked freely about myself and my qualifications. They asked around 6-7 open ended questions after getting to know me first. It was a group/panel interview so there were 4 people asking questions. I never felt overwhelmed
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty University (Lynchburg, VA) in May 2018
Interview
Phone interview with various project coordinators and managers, followed by a "homework" assignment as a second round of interviews. The phone interview was nerve racking because not only was it a first impression, but it was a first impression on many people without any way to gauge a reaction due to it being a phone interview. The homework assignment was straightforward and simple enough, but the wait to hear back afterwards was very long.
