I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lids (Las Vegas, NV) in Aug 2014
Interview
I went to two interviews, the first was with a store manager. They ran thru the basic interview questions. They are focused on you giving good details. So talk the heck up, dont be shy.
The second was with the DSM, same deal felt more scary. But wasn't at all very comfortable and easy to talk. Both maybe took 20-30 minutes each.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lids (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2014
Interview
I knew at the interview that I was over qualified. It was outside on a bench. I came ON TIME and they were not ready. Very unprofessional. In addition as I waited in the store for the Manager to interview me, a current employee warned me to not work there. He said it was horrible and He was right. The interview was brief but it took them so long to get back to me. JUST PLEASE DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF.
