Walked around the property with the Area Manager and was hired within 10mins. The interview was done by someone who does not run a store therefore he did not provide the applicant with an accurate assessment of the day to day worklife.

Interview
After the initial phone call, I was working within two weeks. Friendly AM and Store manager. Training took about 1 week. Now I am just writing words to make the 30 word minimum.
