LiftOne interview questions

I had to do a simple algorithm using only pen and paper. The task was very specific. Short interview after - not a hard test at all. Room about 10-20 minutes, and a 40 min interview.

I interviewed with a recruiter then the regional vp. The regional vp was rude and unprepared for the interview. He made comments that basically told me I was lying about my reasons for wanting to work in the industry. He also made it seem like it I wasn’t worthy of making a transition to work in the material handling industry because I didn’t have previous experience in it. It was a good experience until I met with the regional vp. I’m actually glad I didn’t get the position because I couldn’t see myself working there under him.
