We are very surprised to read this review and feel it is surely logged to the wrong business! We have a team of dedicated and professional developers here, who are equally as disappointed to hear this feedback and do not feel it is reflective of our interview process. We do have a technical test in order to help us assess candidates, it is certainly not a full website build, anyone who thinks it is has misunderstood the brief. An experienced developer typically completes the test in approx 2 hours. We appreciate this is a long time, however it negates the need for a technical interview, which can take 1-2 hours. We have flagged this review with glassdoor as we do not feel it is truthful or reflective of our interview process.
