2 main rounds:
1) Met the editor - got to know each other, it was pretty conversational
2) Then met the editorial team + the GM - first sat with the editors then a quick 1 on 1 with the GM for 5-10 minutes, probably just to get to know her and for her to check the candidate is competent
Behavioural questions mostly plus some industry related questions.
Very relaxed atmosphere and nice people.
