I applied for Lighthouse and was reached out to by Lighthouse for a marketing job and found myself being interviewed for OneHealth selling insurance. The position described and what I interviewed for were not the same at all. They reached out under the Lighthouse name and I was interviewed for an entirely different company. Overall, a very odd and jarring experience.

Imagine you've worked all day and made upwards of 200 calls and all of them were declined offers. On a scale from 1-10, how would you feel coming back the next day - 1 is calling out, 10 is jumping right back in without any second thought.
