Lightning Sharks interview questions

Very speedy. Within a couple of days of an initial call to discuss the role and my experience, I was invited to interview over zoom with the director. Both were very warm and welcoming and interested to hear about me, my experience and where life has taken me. There were plenty of times for questions I asked and were open and honest. Decision was made within a week and I was informed.
