I was contacted by a headhunter to apply for the Development Manager role. The first round interview was two 1 hour meetings with two other development managers. The second round was a meeting with the team head. Meetings took place at the head office at Holborn area. All the meetings were friendly and focused on my experience of development and renewable energy projects and my views on the challenges of the roles etc.
