I originally applied for their post requesting need of a children's book illustrator and was sent an email that I was being considered for the position. About 2 weeks later I received another email asking to schedule a skype interview for the next day. The skype interview lasted about 1/2 hour after which a received an email stating that the upfront percentage fee for my contract was paid out and I that I received the job.
