Interview
Started with telephone interview with HR, followed by first round interview with HR and line manager. This was then followed by a second round interview, which involved a 45 minute presentation in response to a pre-set task, meeting the CEO, and meeting my potential team. Very friendly, welcoming process, did not feel intimidating, all interviewers were interested, responsive, informal and personable.

I was asked how I would deal with a real life current situation with a difficult account which was challenging to answer- they didn't have an answer either so it was more a brainstorm than an interview question!
Very good although tricky moments . Prepare well and do your research about the company and its history. Make sure you know you salary and benefits requirements. Difficult to read interviewers and gauge how you are doing
