I found an invitation to submit my resume and come in for a screening through Craigslist
The whole process took about 3 hours. There was about 12 of us and we took some mini tests and did some group work. After that their were interviews.

There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.
