I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2015
Interview
They emailed me saying this would be the process: presentation, test, and then 1:1 interview. I prepared as much as I could for the interview but once I arrived, I was told that my interview would have to be rescheduled because of a scheduling conflict on their part. I went through the first two parts of the process and was told I would get a call back for the interview. They emailed me the next day saying I would not get one. In my opinion, interviews are stressful enough. I'm not completely sure what the test I took (which was lengthy and only had 30 minutes to complete) was supposed to evaluate. But I do think it is unfair to tell someone they have an interview and then take it away from them.

Good interview process! They were very nice people and seemed like they actually wanted to get to know me. They allowed us to have good conversations about the learning process at the institution.

Interview
There was a short online screening including a reading comprehension test. After, they had me go to their office for a 1-on-1 interview. Despite telling me when they would get back to me about the job, they ignored my follow-up email and waited an extra week to notify me.
