I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a week. I interviewed at Linx Printing (Cambridge, England) in April 2019.
Interview
Telephone interview followed by face 2 face interview. 3 people in interview. Schedule was not as planned by the recruiter. The interview was held in a small room that made it difficult to present to the panel of interviewers.

Interview
Company did not welcome candidate appropriately. No attempt to get to know candidate. Business matters only focus. Were difficult to engage and connect with. One panel members was not introduced. I have no desire to work for this company based on culture demonstrated in interview. Not challenging but unpleasant

Interview
I could not recommend this company, I feel I got a lucky reprieve when I was not offered the role. I can handle not getting a role because I don't meet the requirement or there's a better candidate. However, Linx knocked me back for a lack of evidence about my change management ability, when it was not listed as a requirement in the job specification or explored in either of the two interviews or during the presentation I gave. Yet my CV does show two previous significant change management roles and my Masters dissertation was about change management.......is this sour grapes? I'll let you decide, but I should mention the knock back came after I wasn't prepared to work for significantly less than what the role was advertised at and I was the only candidate that completed their process......by all means, accept an interview at Linx, but go there with your eyes open.
