I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lions Gate Hotel (Oroville, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
The interviewing manager asked very poignant and quantifying questions to help reveal my particular management style values and priorities. It was both professional and productive. Gave me the courtesy of completely explaining the inter-workings of the multiple departments on property some of their goals some of the pitfalls and their vision for 3 to 5 years down the line. Got me very excited to be part of a thriving organization then we conducted the interview. Was more focused on how I could relate to, and engaging with the department and less interested in my previous employment activities. Made me think I was interview with a forward thinking organization.
