I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lionsgate (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2024
Interview
Interview process was smooth. First got reached out by a recruiter over email for a quick chat. Next spoke to the current assistant over Zoom. A few days after that was reached back out to set an in-person meeting with the two execs I would be working for.
Submitted an application, underwent multiple interview rounds via Microsoft over the course of several weeks. There was a long lag between the application and interview process, but after the first the subsequent one was fast in succession.

Question 1
What are you looking to get out of this and we are looking for someone who will stay in this position for the long haul? (i.e. desire for progression within company is actually not something an ideal candidate would posses).
I applied online. I interviewed at Lionsgate (Santa Monica, CA)
Interview
Interviewed online and didn't get a response until about a month later. Had a phone interview with HR and two in person interviews, including with the Executive who I would be working directly under. Everyone was really nice and this process went pretty quick but then never heard from them. When I emailed to follow up a few weeks after the last interview, they said they were still in the interview process but never gave me a definite answer after that. I expect this from bigger companies when I just have a phone interview, but when I make it to the final round of interviews, I would hope for the respect of at least an email saying I didn't get the job.
