Our field is constantly changing and we believe candidates must demonstrate a firm grasp of the things that remain constant (data structures, algorithms, computational complexity, programming paradigms, etc.), with a potential to learn new pragmatic technologies, frameworks, and tools. Our interview process is geared towards identifying these characteristics (over say, knowledge of any specific language, current/trending library, or framework). Candidates can expect these type of interview questions and can expect to dive deeper into these areas as our interview process progresses.
