Relatively short and to the point; it was primarily an overview of deliverables and then expectations regarding branding guidelines. It was over within half an hour and there was a bit of time at the end for questions.
Applied online and was invited to interview in the office. Slightly awkward set up with one interviewer in person and two on zoom (who didn’t speak at all). Was given a proofreading task and competency based questions

They asked me to describe myself, share what I saw as my strengths and weaknesses, and describe my experience/walk through my resume. The questions were pretty standard for a marketing job. They also shared a lot of information about what they were looking for, the company culture, etc.
