Very easy. Met with several key stake holders. It was a panel interview, but more of a conversation to gauge my experience and philosophy. I also met with the director of sales and we bounced ideas off each other.

It was a conversation, with very few actual questions. We discussed my military background and my planning experience.

Interview
The interviewer asked me about my previous job and education. After a couple more questions, he showed me around the plants and what they do at Little Mountain Precision. The interview ended after that and I was told to think about the position if I was still interested in it.
