LiveCA Associate interview questions

The beginning of the process starts with a video interview where you would answer three questions that has nothing to do with your experience. It's all personality questions. After this, you would speak to HR where similar questions are pertaining to personality and how you fit in a team (nothing about experience). They then invite you to two trial work days where you would work in various accounting technology that LiveCA uses. At the same time, you are required to meet with everyone one on one who are part of your trial work days (around 10 people). After all the questions and tests that are literally about your personality, they will solely determine based on your experience if you are qualified or not. Basically, the questions pertaining to your personality goes down the drain when it comes down to experience at the very end.
