They provided a handout of questions and the same questions were given to all interviewees. There was a panel of 4 people conducting the interview panel. Everyone was very neutral and straight to the point in asking their questions but they provided time for me to ask questions at the end of the interview as well.

They asked about my theoretical orientation, what I see the role of an elementary school counselor being, what my experience with MTSS was, the importance of cultural competence as a school counselor. All very standard questions.
