Fair and reasonable. I received feedback promptly. Was first approached by a recruitment agency. Consisted of 3 rounds. Informal chat about companies technology and vision, some details about myself (Zoom, 45mins to1 hour). Technical review and discussion (Zoom, 1 to 1.5 hours). Cultural fit/ panel interview (In person, 2 hours)

Initial phone call with external recruiter to get a baseline understanding Phone call with Team Lead to further understanding the role and opportunities Virtual interview (more like a good chat) via Zoom with 2 team leads and 1 x Senior Management which covered situational and experience problems and judgment calls + explanation. I personally found the interview quite an enjoyable experience.
