For entry level employees, there is a group interview, then a one on one with a hiring manager. They go over basic information, and then you read from a sales script. The process is very fast, they ask you to start as soon as you can if you are hired.

Interview
Anyone responding to ad gets told to come in for interview. Interviews are each day around 1:30pm. You sit through a short presentation then one on one with hiring manager where you read a practice script.
