It’s lengthy for an entry level position and quite slow. There is an initial interest interview by phone then an actual first interview again over the phone. After a week or more you might get a call back for an in person interview and tour of the office. At that point you should expect an offer on a week or more. At this point it’s been about a month then a drug test & back ground check before you can start. Drug test seems silly since they never do random ones once employed.
