LoftSmart interview questions

The hiring process was a joke. Had an initial phone screen with the Director of People and was told that I would be scheduled for another interview and that I would hear back within a week. The radio silence was deafening. Unprofessional people hiring and leading the team, I’m glad I’ve accepted another offer. Please have the ability to follow-through as promised, especially when you are a growing company with minimal brand awareness.

Applied on CyberCoders, recruiter got me in touch with a phone screen with Bao Nguyen, very nice lady, very smart and was willing to really talk about the company and the role they are recruiting for. Went a little into the tech side of things but was better suited for a coding exercise which was fun and interesting.
