Interview
I applied online and was called for an interview very quickly. We set up a time and I met with a program manager (BCBA). First we discussed the reasons I had applied and why I was interested in the job, then I was given a tour of the facility, and finally I met with my potential supervisor and we talked about my fit for the job. I was called the next day and offered a position, but it wasn't for another 4 weeks that I started training.
Wonderful people, hoping for a job!! They were kind, knowledgeable, and interested in my previous relevant experience. They sat down with me at a job fair and asked me about my interest in working with children with autism and developmental disabilities. After a chat, they set up a meeting with the clinical director!
