I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Logicworks
Interview
I was contacted via a recruiter for this position. I was invited for an onsite interview without a phone interview which seemed quite unprofessional. The interview process was a mess as I had to meet with the VP which was not planned, then literally took the interview twice as I went back to do a panel interview. The process was a mess and I am very happy I did not have to work here.
I applied online. I interviewed at Logicworks (New York, NY) in Jul 2022
Interview
Was reached out to an in-house recruiter via linked in and had an initial call scheduled shortly after. I went through interviews with the second shift managers as well as the Tier III manager and director. Everybody was really friendly and I truly enjoyed speaking to each and every one of the interviewers. With that all being said, I was sent a pre-canned message stating
"After careful review of your experience and qualifications, we regretfully will not pursue your candidacy at this time." This is a message I'd expect to see when first applying for a job, not after spending hours of my time interviewing. Where's the feedback? I was qualified to say the least, I definitely had the resume and I certainly did well in all of the interviews.

Interview
A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. I went through 4 rounds of interviews and received a job offer soon after. The interviews themselves were pretty positive overall. Only 1 was technical. However, the whole process after receiving the initial offer was a completely different experiece. I emailed the recruiters back to see I the starting wage could be higher, but instead of giving me a definite answer, the team decided to make me wait over a week for a response and ended up giving the offer to the other finalist instead. It was very unprofessional on their part.
