The inteview consisted of a Formal Interview which lasted 60 min + and it involved ansewring 8 questions which also had subquestions and scenario based questions. The Role Play lasted for 15min and it involved playing the role of a Probation Service Officer in an interview with a member of staff who played the role of an offender.
