The trainings at head quarters can be a little bit more detailed about how to deal with customers instead of spending the whole first day how the company became.

Met with the department manager, was a casual and pleasant conversation. Mostly asking questions about myself and past experience. Felt like it was more about gauging how I would do vs my past experiences.

Interview
There were several interviewees in one room. The interviewer started with a video presentation to introduce the company, products, income structure, responsibilities. Then asked us to fill a personal information form. After that, she interviewed us one by one in her own office.
