Interview was nice and simple. Very welcoming manager and the questions were good but not too challenging to make you get nervous. All in all good experience. The questions were logical and if you've worked in retail you should have no issue with them.

The interviewer was very nice and engaging. Asked a variety of questions about availability then asked to do the assessment for further interviewing. I felt at ease and I feel like I have a good chance.

Interview
They will ask you about your resume, your interests, your past experience about customer service and technology. There will be 3 interview including phone interview, an assessment, and a in-person interview. Generally speaking the manager was really nice.
