Lone Star College interview questions

They asked thoughtful questions and you could tell they really care about students and their school. Panel interview, friendly and conversational. Would interview all over again if asked. Lone Star is really something special.

Initial interview was with a 4 person hiring committee via video. Questions were more formal with a 45 minute limit. Second round was with leadership and very informal. The interviews were very in depth and allowed me to synthesize the process and understand if I wanted to be with the institution.
