Lonza's recruitment procedure is unprofessional, for an employer this size I was expecting a better communication. I have applied for the position using Lonza's system and immediately got an email to say my application was declined. The next day I got a second email, now from HR asking me to provide dates for an interview. I have replied with dates but got no response ( I have checked my spam emails too). I have wrote again to the HR, no reply.

Interview
General background questions, it was with the recruitment not with the technical team. It was good and efficient using their online platform. The meeting was scheduled in advance they asked me questions about my CV and experience

Experience, salary expectations. What sort of relevant experience did o have , what I was interested on applying to the position. What where my motivation to change.. commuting
Hiring process was striaght forward. First interview then second. However, after the second interview no response from HR. It’s been a month. It would have been nice to know the update on the interview process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lonza (Kingston, ON) in Mar 2023

1 - HR - 15 min
2 - Hiring manger - 1 hour
3 - Team -1 hour
Each interview consisted in presentations, questions about my profile and then I had a chance to ask questions.
