I applied online and and was asked to come in for a interview a week later. When I got there I had to wait for 30mins just to be seen. She asked basic questions and it was no more than 5mins.
Easy, just normal question, why do u see youself work8ng for the company, what i see yourself in 5 years...first phone interview, them manager interview,. If everything good background check, finger print+++. The hole thing takes about 3 weeks to complete from start to finish.

Fairly easy and straightforward. I was asked questions that dealt with the hours I was willing to work and if I would like to work in that type of environment.
One interview with the cash management manager. I was basically hired as soon as I stepped in. They don't care about qualification as long as you have a pulse. This company is always short staffed, and someone is always leaving for better opportunities.
