Interview
met with VP Logistics and CEO. They had asked me to apply. It was two stage but quite quick as these things go. I was a real competition, but I was the person who resonated with them. In addition I had knowledge of their customer requirements and this made a positive difference as well. The interview was more about my fit than my qualifications.

function related and did not hold any surprises. It was obvious that I knew my facts and they ended up just confirming that. They knew of me and my reputation was a plus factor
