Interview process felt good, manager got back to me in a timely manner. I enjoyed meeting the folks I interviewed with. After my second interview, I never heard back as to whether or not I got the job even after following up. Finally after two weeks, the hiring manager let me know they would be going with another candidate. Disappointing that the communication was so well up until they went with someone else. It's not hard to just send an email and pass on someone, don't leave them hanging in the lurches. Job hunting sucks enough.
