I already work for Lowe's so I'm not sure if my interview process is any different the applying from out side. But I applied and it took them 15 days to schedule interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing difficult or unexpected. All of the questions were about situations you had to handle, for example,....describe a time when you had to help a unsatisfied customer and what was the outcome, what does customer service mean to you, the also ask about your product knowledge. Just remember when you can mention extended protection plans, replacement plans, credit cards, and my Lowe's card.

Interview
Straight forward normal interview had questions about how I'd manage x amount of team members with x amounts of experience. but overall very basic interview with only differing questions on management styles/policy guidelines.
They wanted me to drool a little bit but that's not my style so they dismissed me as a serious candidate. They also expressed concern that I would not "be happy" there even though I thought I would.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement in May 2021
Interview
They were situational questions. Tell me about a time. There was about 5 total questions that were asked. Overall the interview questions were easy, they are looking for someone who can be a problem solver, team player, and adaptable.
