I recently had the opportunity to interview with LoyLogic and appeared for the first round with a senior management person. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The interview felt more like a one-sided discussion, heavily influenced by assumptions, perceptions, and the interviewer’s personal methodology rather than an objective evaluation of skills and experience. There was little to no opportunity to express my thoughts or be heard, and it seemed like there was a lack of empathy or effort to understand the candidate’s perspective. While selection or rejection is a natural part of the hiring process, the way an interview is conducted speaks volumes about a company’s culture and inclusivity. I sincerely hope the company improves its interview process in the future, ensuring that every candidate is given a fair chance to present themselves and is evaluated with an open mind before conclusions are drawn.

I was contacted by a consulting firm and get a call after profile shortlisting to have an interview. The process consist of 4 round : 1st Round: Written Test (Java MCQ, 3 Programming problems, 5 SQL problems). 2nd Round: Technical I F2F 3rd Round: Technical II F2F 4th Round: COO Discussion (more of a managerial round but the guy was technically very sound so he shoots me some really good real-time problem scenarios to address and troubleshoot)
