When the opportunity presented itself, it was a process of being briefed on the market challenges that the enterprise intended to address. The scope and scale of work was outlined. I responded with a presentation with a sample case study on a prominent sector in India, including detailed solutions on addressing all of the issues dragging the sector's growth. Once the solutions were presented, the same were profiled against their efficacy benchmarks which rate the solutions, such as optimization of the cost:benefit ratio, the slimming of capital/investment budgets in implementation of those strategies.
