Simple, basic. Interviewer was pleasant and listened to my answers. Interviewer told me their history with the company and gave me insight of what to look forward to. Was offered the job on the spot and I accepted.

-Unorganized -Recruiter interview was fine -Total interview of 4 rounds. 1st interviewer was rude who had cocky attitude when asking questions, making rude comments -follow up interview was worse, waited 25+ minutes for interviewer who never logged on -retracted my application
