I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Lucid Software (Amsterdam) in Jan 2022
Interview
Lot of rounds, but it shows that they want to make the right hire. They focused a lot on culture and stimulating at the same time on company growth. Some other questions where more standard and it looks they repeat a lot of questions between the different interview rounds to see if you answer in the same.

Question 1
How would you work with a high and low performing employee.
Not good. Months to hear responses. Changed salary every time I spoke to anyone. Terrible process.
Don't waste your time.
Horrible experience
Not a good impression
Immature recruiters giving false promises
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lucid Software (Sandy, UT) in Nov 2017
Interview
Smarter than thou (Harvard grad) gave little to no direction and then was surprised when you didn't meet or exceed his expectations. Very condescending from the phone interview all the way thru 3 in-person interviews. Don't waste your time on this company.
