5/6 steps - thought I would get the role, but for the last step in the interview with a hiring manager didn't even get the chance to have the meeting. Extremely unprofessional tbh.
Sehr strukturierter Aufbau, alles online und sehr einfach umsetzbar. Nach jeder Stufe gab es schnell Feedback und eine Einladung zum nächsten Gespräch. Ziele wurden klar kommuniziert. Fragen wurden gerne angenommen und beantwortet

Interview
The recruitment process was disorganized and to be honest the sales people were pretty pretentious. And not in the confident sales person way, in the condescending and rude way. I almost said “no thanks” mid interview. I can’t imagine working in this sales culture.
