The interview and hiring process was seamless. My recruiter, Kelly, made everything effortless and she was with me every step of the way. She prepped me for each interview and touched based afterwards each time to get my perspective on it, as well as my opinion on the person I interviewed with.

They asked standard questions, and offered a lower role due to my gap in event roles due to Covid. I asked for a follow up with information on lower role offered, which I did not recieve.

Interview
After applying for the position through a recruiting company and completed an initial screening interview with them, I was scheduled for an interview with the Director of Sales for the local Bowlero sales region. The interview took place inside the center in the lounge. I was greeted by the center's General Manager and brought to the lounge where the interview with the Director of Sales took place shortly. The interview lasted about an hour and consisted of the usual questions about past experience, why I wanted to work for Bowlero specifically, my long-term career goals, as well as some fun "get to know you" style questions. Later that day, I was called by the Director of Sales and scheduled a Skype interview a few days later with the Regional Vice President of that region. The Skype interview also lasted about an hour and was a similar interview format, but consisted of some different questions. Both interviews had plenty of time for me to ask my own questions, and the entire interview experience was wonderful!
