Phone interview + In person interview. Very simple and easygoing as long as you know your resume very well. Understanding the role you're applying for and how you will be an asset to the company since it is a very small company. How well you work in a team dynamic and how well you work by yourself. There were a lot of thorough questions asked in regards to this position.
