Six weeks after applying, they called me for a phone interview. It lasted about 45 minutes and consisted mostly of standard questions about experience. It seemed to be going well until the last few minutes when the interviewer asked for my exact current salary (pretty sure that's illegal in CA). I said I'd rather not discuss that so early in the process; he seemed annoyed and tried to pressure me into revealing it. At the end, he told me they'd like to bring me in for an in person interview, and to email him with my availability. However, they never responded to my email (or my followup a week later). Poor overall experience due to the aggressive salary questioning and lack of communication.
