Application ed through agency via CV who did screening review.
start of interview given an overview of the company, products and role the into a series of technical questions, followed by a series of more HR team fit, motivational type questions.
1-2 hr technical interview.
1 interview after submitting CV. Primarily Technical with lots of lean six sigma references. Remotely conducted on MS teams with 2 interviewers (process engineering managers). Feedback was my background was too commercial and not technical enough.

Initial screening through CV. Then one way web interview. Then 1-2-1 interview with Mix of technical and cultural/behavioural questions. Fair questions were asked to test your knowledge and understand if you will be a good fit to the team
