This was a great interview process. I met with the HR lady, VP of design. It was very smooth and I think it went well. Questions weren't too difficult, but I could tell the main thing they were looking for was intellect.

It started with HR discussions and portfolio sharing for review. Then it further proceeded towards telephonic interview with Design head. Both the employees were cordial during the process and there was quite an emphasis on trying to understand my aptitude and skill sets required for the particular job. HR manager was also very understanding and explained in details about the company policies and vision.
